every pain to deliver the gifts to the address specified by you, however if the address is
found to be wrong and/or not valid we will try to inform the same. But no refunds will be
entertained at any cost.
Gifts2Guntur cannot be responsible for a
miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the
order form misguides, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form or impersonates
and takes delivery posing himself to be the correct person, G2G shall take due
caution at the delivery to deliver the gift to the correct person at the address on the
order form but disclaim any responsibility for claims damage and/or compensation.
For prompt delivery we request our customers to specify a land mark like
temple, theater, college, hospital, park, school etc in the address and also give the phone number of the receiver
or the neighbors phone number.
In the interest of the customers we advice to place the orders
at least 4 days before the date of delivery for prompt delivery. We accept late
orders only in case of emergency and try our level best to deliver in time.

are without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied .
Gifts2Guntur does not warrant that the products offered will be error free or the defects will be corrected.
Changes if any in the orders for

Though we sell some brand named products in this site we do not claim to have any
or special relationship with the owners of the brands. Items are displayed and sold by us
as our own commercial venture. Our policy is to purchase the product from a authorised store
and fill in any orders received for brand named goods.
Gifts2Guntur shall try to a maximum extend to deliver the products as per
the details in the order form by the user. But due to the diversity of the country it is not
possible at times to match the product at every destination city and there are possibilities of
a variation in general appearance. So Gifts2Guntur reserves a right to deliver a
similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control and
such action shall not be deemed as bad delivery.
No disputes shall be brought up on such an issue.
Gifts2Guntur shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user
in the order form. But any delayed/early delivery for whatever
reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Gifts2Guntur.
Gift orders once placed cannot be
cancelled. Please take care while Submitting the
order form. Remember to click once and allow the system to accept the
order. If any duplicate
order is generated on your part we shall arrange to refund the amount
only after deducting any card company/ bank charges which the
transaction would have caused due to the automated system.
Refund claims will be accepted only in event of not delivery due to error on our part.
Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location. gifts2guntur.com will not entertain any complaint for such items after 2 hours from the time of delivery. The image displayed is indicative in nature. If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address , it may be substituted with next best available flavour, color, shape & size.We canít commit a time for the delivery.
Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged or fail to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery issue. If the recipient receives damaged flower or cake please contact us immediately so that we can arrange one of the following:
* a re-send on the same day or next day as per delivery possibility; or if customer wants refund then
* refund depends on the specific circumstances of the issue.
* Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 days.
Typically we will not offer both a refund and a resend. Where flowers have been damaged we will normally ask for them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem so we can use them to determine what is going wrong with our system, and to claim compensation if possible from our courier (as appropriate). It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding issues. We need to be informed of any issues within 24 Hours of the delivery to give us the best chance of successfully resolving the issue. We will, at our discretion consider issues raised after the 1 day deadline but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending the order.
